Approximately 5 messages/appointment.

User Opt-In

You may opt-in to receive mobile alerts and text messages from your medical clinic by verbally opting in at your clinic then replying '“yes”' to the confirmation message. By completing this opt-in, you agree to receive mobile alerts and text messages from your clinic.

User Fees

Neither your clinic or Bright Health charge users fees to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply. You are liable for any mobile phone charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of sending or receiving mobile alerts or text messages as part of the Healthcare Appointment Reminders. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.

User Opt-Out

To opt-out from receiving mobile alerts and text messages from your medical clinic either reply '“no”' to the confirmation message or reply as indicated to any message received. Typically you may opt out to any reminder by responding with a '“3”'.

If you require assistance, please reply HELP to your opt-in message, or any reminder message as needed.

Healthcare Appointment Reminders work on most major canadian mobile network operators. However, we do not warrant that our solution works on any given mobile network and the supported mobile network operators may change at any time.

Disclaimer

Neither your clinic or Bright Health will be liable for any delays in the receipt of any mobile alerts or text messages connected with the Healthcare Appointment Reminders. Delivery of all mobile alerts and text messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator at all times.

Privacy Policy

Your clinic and Bright Health will only use your mobile number to transmit mobile alerts and text messages to support Healthcare Appointment Reminders. At all times your clinic and Bright Health reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect their rights and property.

Modifications to these Terms: Your clinic and Bright Health reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time by posting revised terms of use on this website. Your continued use of the Healthcare Appointment Reminders shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of those revisions after such revisions to the terms of use have been posted to this website. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) these terms of use, as amended, you should opt-out of the Healthcare Appointment Reminders. See the User Opt-Out section above. Your clinic and Bright Health reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Healthcare Appointment Reminders at any time without prior notice.
