If this is a request for your doctor or clinic regarding a medical condition, prescription, results or appointments, please contact them directly.

For requests relating to logging into and using myhealthkey:

  • When submitting your request, please provide a brief summary of the issue you are facing. Examples may include, "problem logging-in", "unable to book appointment", "difficulty with registration" and/ or "unable to see lab result".
  • Before submitting your service request, please visit the FAQ page the answer to your question may already be there.
  • Please do not provide any personal or health information in your support requests!
  • Please be sure to include a call back number; depending on your support request, we may reach out to you by telephone to confirm your identity or to gather further information. Please also keep your eye on your junk email folder, as there is a chance our email replies may land in there.

Please note that our software support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, except for statutory holidays. Our myhealthkey Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible. For most requests, we will target at least an initial response within the next business day or sooner.
